Zulu Village cultural tour

4 DAY TOUR of ZULULAND

This trip includes a visit to a Zulu village, a sunset cruise, safari to Umfolozi Game Reserve, guided off road vehicle experience through the Wetlands.

All 3 nights are spent at a 4-star guest house, Breakfast and Lunch included. Dinner excluded.

DAY 1

 We visit a Zulu Cultural village and take part in their cultural programme, enjoying spectacular Zulu dancing. In the afternoon, we go on a 2-hour sunset cruise on the lake in St Lucia, where sightings of hippo, crocodiles and different species of birds are bound to occur.

DAY 2

An early start aboard a Safari vehicle for an exciting day of game viewing in the Umflozi/Hluhluwe game reserve. Lunch at a picnic spot in the park.

DAY 3

We find out why the Isimangaliso Wetlands (South Africa’s first World Heritage site) is so special as we drive through the Eastern Shores Reserve on an off-road vehicle, viewing the 5 different eco systems. We visit a forest, lake and the pristine beach of Cape Vidal, snorkeling and whale watching in season. (Night drive an optional extra)

DAY 4

We spend a leisurely morning exploring the village. Kyaking, cycling or guided walks, optional extras.
